The Shack is all for getting your protein in, especially through a delicious smoothie! But who wants to taste that gritty protein powder or have to chuck a bunch of chemicals in their bodies just to get protein in.


Look no further, The Smoothie Bowl Shack has your answers.


This recipe has done away with the crap and has focused on the plant based whole food sources we all seem to have forgotten about. This shale packs a protein punch without the nasties!






YOU WILL NEED:

- 1 1/2 cups of almond milk

- 1 cup of frozen blueberries

- 1/2 ripe banana

- Tbs of hemp seeds

- 5 raw almonds

- Tbs of peanut/almond butter

- Tbs of chia seeds

- Handful of kale


METHOD


Simply place all your ingredients into a blender and pulse! Transfer into serving glass and enjoy!
