Our Avocado Chocolate Thick Shake

Okay don't let the title of this recipe scare you off! Avocado in a smoothie doesn't quite sound that appealing but let us ensure you with the right ingredient combinations it makes a killer... and this what we are here to help you do!
This one is great for breakie, a sweet snack or a healthy dessert!
YOU WILL NEED:
- 1/4 of a ripe avocado
- 1 ripe frozen banana
- 1 tbs of cacao
- handful of ice
- Tbs of almond butter
- 1 cup of coconut milk (might need more depending on your machine and consistency of choice)
Want a little extra sauce? Add a scoop of your favourite delicious plant protein
Add all your ingredients into a blender and pulse in till desired consistency is formed!
Transfer into a cup and get ready to have your avocado in smoothie mind changed!
